• Access to multiple AI models through a unified API
• Token-based usage tracking and management
• API key management and authentication
• Usage analytics and monitoring
• Personal RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers: Free, Pro, Premium, and Enterprise. Each plan includes specific token limits, rate limits, and features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed through Razorpay
• Overage charges apply when you exceed your plan's token limit
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Generate spam or unsolicited communications
• Bypass rate limits or usage restrictions

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to:

• Token limits based on your subscription plan
• Rate limits (requests per minute) based on your plan
• Fair use policies to ensure service availability for all users

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse or violation of these terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• API requests and responses may be logged for debugging and improvement
• You retain ownership of your data and content
• We do not train models on your data without explicit consent

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages (except for Enterprise plans with SLA)
• Availability of specific AI models

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI models

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Agent Stack from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit or generate through the Service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Super Agent Stack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
